This IDF style carburetor kit is an excellent option for squeezing the most power possible out of your VW type 1 engine. It includes offset intake manifolds for better fitment in VW bug engine compartments.
Dual carburetors give excellent throttle response and power when properly jetted. EMPI recommends using this carburetor up to 2200 CC.
This kit includes dual HPMX 44 carburetors, aluminum intake manifolds, coil relocation mount, carburetor linkage, air cleaners, velocity stacks, gaskets and hardware. This kit is a complete kit to bolt dual carburetors to your engine.
Please note this kit will not fit with OE VW fan shrouds.
