At DuneBuggyWarehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't fit your adventure, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
