Kuhltek BP12V 60 amp 12 volt black powdercoated alternator for aircooled VW Type 1 applications. These 2-wire AL82 style alternators are internally regulated, and are used to convert 1960-79 Beetle, Ghia, Thing, and 1960-71 Bus to alternators.
Black powdercoated alternators require an additional ground wire installation due to the coating.
60 Amps, 12 volts.
Requires using an alternator stand, or trimming your generator stand to clear the larger alternator end.
